The Terms of Service ("Terms") as listed below, in addition to the privacy policy and any other contract, serve as a binding contract between Collexion, Inc. ("the company", "site") and users ("you"). By accepting to these terms you will gain access to and use of our site. All users must comply to all terms at all times for continual use of the site and its products.

1. Use

All users agree to give accurate information upon sign up. The user also agrees upon sign up that they are above the age of 13 and are not signing up for the purpose of giving access to someone under the age of 13. The company accesses personal data you submit to either respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. The use and disclosure of that data is governed by out privacy policy listed out below. The company's products may include some downloaded services and is not limited to only the online site, but also any additional iPhone, iPad, Android and other service provider applications. The user also agrees to being added to an email list designed specifically for Collexion.com users. The emails only give company and content updates. Users are able to unsubscribe to the emails upon receipt at any time.

Subject to these use terms, the company allows grants you limited access to the site and its services.

2. Content

Users agree to the following policies regarding content placed on Collexion.com on its affiliated products. Any content that directly or indirectly contains subjects hateful, violent, abusive, infringing, or invasive of personal privacy, humiliating, threatening or otherwise objectionable is deemed inappropriate to the site and subject to removal. Content must not cause harm to or exploit minors or attempt to exploit minors. As noted in terms of use, users agree to provide only accurate information, including within uploaded content. Any text or image that is deceptive or fraudulent is not allowed, including, but not limited to misleading marketing of product. Anything that is illegal to federal or state laws is forbidden.

Collexion Inc. reserves the right to make all final decisions in response to flagged or otherwise questionable content. Once an item is flagged, Collexion Inc. will be notified and begin review of questioned pin/board. Review outcomes can consist of no action, removal of pin, or removal of user account from the site. While Collexion Inc. does its best to uphold all standards, there is no guarantee all users will do the same, and therefore, the company is not held liable. The company will review all reported content and come to one of the aforementioned conclusions. Terms regarding content are subject to changes and users will be notified of those changes.
