Circa 1950's Gibson Les Paul Sunburst Solid Body Electric Guitar, Serial #93175. Probably conversion of a 52' or 53' Trapeze-style Gold Top. Re-topped with maple center seam. Pots and caps appear to be correct era but were not removed for date I.D. Back covers are both reproductions. Bridge is ABR-1 from the early 60's and the stop bar is from a Les Paul Junior with set screws. All plastic parts are reproductions except truss rod cover, which appears to be original. Head stock appears to have been cut down to smaller width. Veneer is replaced with post 1957 logo location. Frets could be original but the nut is replaced. Tuners are recent reproductions. A bag of mixed 50's Kluson buttons is included. PAF pickups appear to be genuine but the covers are replaced with appropriate looking nickel covers. Toggle switch is a newer replacement, as is the jack. Holes filled from trapeze tailpiece and end pin. Professionally refinished. A four-latch hard shell case from 1956 or earlier is included.
