Also signed: "Dominic Olejniczak" as President of the Green Bay Packers. Bound in a leather and material portfolio, 10x12¾ when closed, with two unsigned items: a photo of Lombardi (color, 5¾x7¾) and a metal plaque (7x5) summarizing Lombardi's achievements. In his rookie season, Lombardi earned Coach of the Year honors. The following year, he led the Packers to their first Western Conference title since 1944. Legendary football coach Vince Lombardi (1913-1970) led the Green Bay Packers to four additional NFL titles, and his teams won the first two Super Bowls (1967, 1968). At the time of his death, Lombardi was the NFL's all-time most winning coach with percentage of .740 (105-35-6). The Super Bowl trophy is named in honor of Lombardi, who was elected to the Football Hall of Fame in 1971. Bank cancellation holes at left portion (not near signatures).
