Self Caricature signed: "not so good/better/I tried/Iris Adrian", 6x9. Trained as a dancer, Adrian (1912-1994) appeared in The Ziegfield Follies of 1931. In movies, she appeared opposite many popular comedians, including Laurel and Hardy (Our Relations, 1936), Milton Berle (Always Leave Them Laughing, 1949) and Jerry Lewis (The Errand Boy, 1961). On television, she was a frequent guest on The Jack Benny Show (1953-1964) and was a regular cast member on The Ted Knight Show (1978). Lightly creased. Otherwise, fine condition.
